Canadian Author A.A. Gordon of

The Dowrra Series & Heart of the Tithriall Series

A.A. GORDON is the Canadian author of The Dowrra Series and Heart of the Tithriall Series. She grew up on a small farm in Markdale, north of Toronto, where her vivid imagination knew no bounds amidst the maple forests, barn beams, and hay fields. She moved downtown to study history and English at Ryerson University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts.

GORDON is a charismatic woman who wrote her first novel at the age of eleven. As well as being a very gifted writer, GORDON is a powerhouse of ambition and passion. In June 2018, she co-founded Runefire Publications in Southampton, Ontario with Abby Bolton and Rick Irwin, who saw the great merit of her writing. GORDON’s hope is that she can one day provide the support that new and rural Canadian authors need.

On top of managing the budding publishing company, GORDON still works and enjoya an active family and social life. She is well-known for hosting grand Halloween parties and has an obsession with music, but her favourite time is the brief quiet intervals when she gets to write. She has a large family, a deeply beloved partner Daniel, and two quirky shelties. She is enthusiastic about the future of her writing career and cannot wait to share her world with you.
